Job Description Job Description The Plating Technician is responsible for applying zinc coatings to industrial parts using electro or mechanical zinc plating processes. This role involves operating manual plating equipment, adhering to established procedures, and ensuring quality standards are met. The technician works independently under the supervision of a Production Supervisor and must have basic math skills, the ability to operate timers, and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. Training is provided to support skill development in plating techniques and equipment operation.
