Job Description

Salary: $450,000 - 500,000 per year Requirements:

• MD or DO degree; Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Open to American Medical Graduate (AMG) and Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) candidates
• Able to work independently and exercise strong clinical judgment
• Candidates at all experience levels, including recent graduates, are welcome
• Interest in developing a practice in a community setting
• Collaborative, team-oriented, and patient-focused

• Provide general ENT care to adult and pediatric patients across a broad range of cases
• Build and grow a high-demand community-based practice
• Provide clinical care through a balanced schedule of clinic, operating room, and ambulatory surgery center work
• Take hospital call approximately seven days per month, including phone consultations, inpatient coverage, and minor procedures

We are a growing academic healthcare system in the Southeast seeking an otolaryngologist to join an established community-based practice. The role offers clinical autonomy, strong institutional support, a broad referral base, and mentorship and collaboration through a large ENT network. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with hospital call as described. Compensation includes a base salary plus production-based pay and additional call compensation.
