Medical Assistant to join our practice. Not only will you get exposure to both medical and cosmetic procedures, but you will be joining an amazingly wonderful team.

Pay range: $17-$20 an hour Will sometimes travel to our Dexter, Brighton, Canton, or Livonia locations as needed. POSITION SUMMARY:

Assists physicians or licensed healthcare practitioners in ensuring a smooth patient care experience and outstanding service to patients seeking skin, hair, nail and cosmetic medical services, including, but not limited to. Preparing the rooms Pulling and maintaining charts Verifying documents Ensuring timely service Greeting patients Obtaining and documenting patient information Accompanying and/or assisting the providers with procedures Communicating with patients, providers and other staff members Updating the electronic medical records (EMR) system Performing cleaning, sterilizing, organizing and inventory tasks QUALIFICATIONS

(Minimum Education and Experience Preferred) Minimum one year of Medical Assistant experience preferred. CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

Certificate of Completion of Medical Assistance Program, BCLS Certification, and/or Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) Certifications preferred but not required. COMPETENCIES
