Key responsibilities: Align program planning and execution with corporate objectives and Product Development Team strategy Develop project scope, timelines, budgets, and resource plans across the clinical portfolio Manage CROs and external partners, ensuring quality delivery and resolving issues effectively Required qualifications: 7+ years of program management experience in clinical trial environments for Sr. Manager level; 8+ years for Associate Director level Direct experience supporting regulatory Health Authority Inspections in a GxP-regulated environment Extensive experience with Smartsheet, including creating and maintaining project plans and dashboards Strong understanding of PM best practices and scalable processes in a growing corporate environment Experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries is required
